Ms. Kotvis established her environmental law firm after chairing the Environmental Practice Group at Hughes & Luce, L.L.P. She was previously an associate at Winstead, environmental, contracts and international counsel for LTV Aerospace and Defense Company, and division counsel to AM General Corporation, manufacturer of the Hummer. She received her Juris Doctor degree at George Washington University.
