successfully resolved hundreds of matters involving environmental due diligence, risk minimization and liability transfer, vapor intrusion, dry cleaners, gas stations, industrial sites, oil and gas E&P, asbestos, mold, storm water, landfills and wetlands in transactions and in the Voluntary Cleanup, Innocent Owner/Operator, Corrective Action, Petroleum Storage Tank and Dry Cleaner Remediation Programs. Ms. Kotvis established her environmental law firm after chairing the Environmental Practice Group at Hughes & Luce, L.L.P. She was previously an associate at Winstead, environmental, contracts and international counsel for LTV Aerospace and Defense Company, and division counsel to AM General Corporation, manufacturer of the Hummer. She received her Juris Doctor degree at George Washington University.
